Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection - це колекція ігор SEGA Genesis, Master System та SEGA Arcade. Уся збірка призначена для відображення у HD-роздільній здатності 720p (з можливістю розширення до 1080p) і включає додатковий графічний фільтр для згладжування нерівних країв. SEGA також включила низку досягнень (360) і трофеїв (PS3).
